Fabiana Cruz is an experienced professional in geotechnics and geology with an extensive career at Vale since May 2004. Fabiana's roles have included positions such as Diretora de Emergência de Barragens e Manutenção de Minas Paralisadas and Gerente Geral de Geotecnia, where responsibilities have spanned ensuring the physical integrity of structures, leading geotechnical monitoring strategies, and developing comprehensive geotechnical processes.
