Cristina Racco is an experienced Network Analyst specializing in incident management, currently employed at Vale since July 2012. In this role, Cristina performs first-level troubleshooting, filters, and distributes incidents to ensure swift and effective solutions, utilizing proactive and reactive monitoring tools such as Spectrum and SM9. Prior to Vale, Cristina worked at Orange Business Services in incident management from June 2009 to July 2012 and held the position of Sales Supervisor at Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff from August 2000 to October 2004.
