Jonathan Legault is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in appraisal and brokerage. Currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors® since January 2020 and as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Cantu Commercial Properties since January 2021, Jonathan has developed a strong acumen in the real estate market. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Associate at Marcus & Millichap from May 2018 to June 2020. Jonathan earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, from 2003 to 2007.
