Jennifer Subras has extensive experience in HR consulting and leadership, currently serving as Team Lead SuccessFactors and Managing Consultant SuccessFactors at valantic since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Empleox GmbH as a Senior Consultant in HR Core/Cloud from February 2017 to October 2021. Previous positions include Senior Consultant and Consultant roles in HR Core/Cloud at Empleox GmbH as well as Workforce Management Consultant at p.l.i. solutions GmbH from July 2013 to January 2017. Jennifer's career began at CLAAS as an HR Controlling specialist in 2012. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed between September 2014 and September 2016.
