Gilles PIECQ currently serves as Responsable Service Entretien at VAL TOURAINE HABITAT since May 2016, overseeing major works and maintenance of the property portfolio. Previously, from December 2006 to 2016 at the same company, Gilles held the position of Chargé de mission, focusing on internal training, managing transversal projects, and implementing procedures and processes. Prior to that role, Gilles worked as Chargé de secteur, responsible for the technical management of a real estate portfolio, including property inspections, handling technical complaints, and employee management. Gilles PIECQ holds a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) from Lycée hôtelier de Blois.
