Jason Kidd is an experienced RICS Registered Valuer currently serving as an Associate at Vail Williams since April 2021, focusing on commercial residential and development property in the Gatwick Valuation team. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Senior Surveyor at Mann Smith from March 2014 to April 2021, handling residential and commercial valuations for secured lending purposes, along with lease renewals and rent reviews. Jason's career began as a Graduate Surveyor/Valuer, assisting in property valuations, and included roles in promotional staffing and as an Assistant Negotiator/Accounts Assistant at Turners Property. Jason holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Sustainable Development from the University College of Estate Management and University of Surrey, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Surrey.
