Reginald C. serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at TIAA, where responsibilities include leading efforts to reposition the organization for growth and enhancing client experiences. Currently, Reginald is also a member of the Board of Directors at Vail Resorts, contributing to the Audit Committee of a leading luxury destination travel company. Prior to these roles, Reginald held multiple senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Managing Director roles focused on financial strategy, investor relations, and transformation in various banking sectors. Reginald's career includes experience at Columbia University as an adjunct professor, consulting at McKinsey & Company, serving as a White House Fellow, and working in private equity and investment banking. Reginald holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB in Political Science from Duke University.
