Kim Valent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and technology solutions. Currently serving at Vaco since November 2020, Kim focuses on Technology Direct Hire Solutions within a globally recognized talent and solutions firm. Prior to this role, Kim held significant positions at Allegis Global Solutions from September 2014 to July 2020, including Recruitment Relationship Manager for both MetLife and American Express, where responsibilities included team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic recruitment processes.
