Zaria Romero has extensive experience in the catering industry, currently serving as a Catering Manager at Vacherin since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing a contract catering team for a prestigious corporate client, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and food safety regulations, as well as managing budgeting and special event planning. Prior to this, Zaria worked as a Catering Manager at CH&Co Lusso from January 2014 to August 2015, and held various roles at CH&Co from February 2003 to January 2014, including Deputy Catering Manager for a major accountancy firm and Restaurant Manager for a law firm.
