Mykal Mason has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Group Sales Manager at Vacasa since November 2008, where responsibilities include assisting corporate, athletic, and leisure meeting planners in arranging accommodations and meeting facilities. Prior roles at Vacasa include Group Sales Coordinator and Team Lead of Reservations, focusing on data management and maximizing revenue through effective team leadership. Previous experience includes the role of Reservations Manager at Legendary Resorts Hospitality, where Mykal developed a Reservations contact center, and Revenue Manager at Emerald Grande, responsible for optimizing occupancy revenue. Mykal also held the position of Team Lead of Reservations at ResortQuest from 1998 to 2007, and attended the University of North Florida in 1986-1987.
