Tom Swerts is an experienced finance and management professional with extensive expertise in customer management, credit policy, and process management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Isabel Group and VAB, Tom has held several significant roles at KBC Bank & Verzekering since February 2008, including General Manager of Customer Management and Head of General Credit Management. Additionally, Tom has held leadership positions such as Chairman of the Board for 24+ NV and KBC Lease Belgium, and previously for KBC immolease NV. Tom's educational background includes an MBA from Vlerick Business School, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from EHSAL, and a Master’s in Economics from Hasselt University.
