Tuulikki Kruhse-Poutanen began their work experience in 1999 as a Kindergarten Teacher in Vaasan kaupunki - Vasa stad - City of Vaasa. Tuulikki then transitioned to various roles within the City of Vaasa, including HR Planner from September 2008 to May 2015 and HR Development Manager from June 2015 to December 2019. In September 2019 to December 2019, they worked as the Director of Change Management. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director, starting in January 2020. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for competencr development, personnel planning, and reporting processes.
