Oswaldo Saenz, PE, is a skilled structural engineer currently employed at VAA since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a design engineer at Warrior MFG from July 2019 to March 2020, engineering consultant at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru from September 2018 to June 2019, and engineer at Warrior MFG from June 2015 to September 2018, focusing on the design of grain elevator supporting steel towers and conveyor bridges. Previous positions also include resident engineer at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where significant contributions involved implementing passive solar heating in low-income villages, and structural engineer I at DTD LLC in Peru, concentrating on the structural assessment of historical heritage sites.
