Bruno Barcelos Morais is an experienced professional in social responsibility and innovation, currently serving as the Executive of Social Responsibility Projects at Grupo Montepio since April 2019. In addition, Morais holds the position of Director of Innovation, Research and Social Responsibility Content, and People Development at AWA Desperta, where responsibilities include process facilitation and people management. Morais has a diverse background, having worked as a Social Responsibility Content Consultant and Producer at V2V, and previously managed social projects for the Portuguese Confederation of Volunteers. A former Sustainability and Social Responsibility Executive at Santander Brazil, Morais led significant corporate volunteering initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Brazilian Studies from the University of Lisbon and various post-graduate credentials focused on business management and corporate social responsibility, alongside recent courses from Harvard Business School Online.
