Shrawan Shukla currently serves as the Branch Service Incharge at V-Guard since November 2022, focusing on KPI planning and franchisee education to achieve targets, alongside regular field visits to key dealers and distribution partners. Prior to this role, Shrawan held the position of Area Service Incharge at Hafele India Private Limited from January 2021 to November 2022, where similar responsibilities regarding KPI management and service quality were performed. From November 2018 to December 2020, Shrawan worked as Territory Service Incharge at Microtek International Private Limited Delhi, supervising service center operations and ensuring high-quality customer service. Shrawan began the career as Assistant Manager at Tritronics (India) Pvt. Ltd from July 2015 to October 2018, addressing various operational issues related to UPS and solar products.
