Manikandan P has a strong background in quality excellence and continuous improvement. Manikandan worked as the Divisional Quality Excellence lead at V-Guard starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Operation Excellence lead at HL Mando from 2018 to 2023. In this role, Manikandan was responsible for implementing Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other improvement tools to enhance systems and standards adherence. Manikandan also acted as a mentor, conducted training sessions, and led project management efforts for the implementation of Lean tools. Before HL Mando, Manikandan worked at MANDO AUTOMOTIVE INDIA LIMITED from 2010 to 2018 in various roles including TQM Specialist and In charge of Manufacturing and Quality-Rework Reduction. In these positions, they focused on quality process audits, rework control, and traceability, as well as overseeing the manufacturing assembly process and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Manikandan P pursued a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2017.
