Tim Mertens has over a decade of experience in nursing leadership, currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Antwerp University Hospital since October 2013, where responsibilities also include managing the oncology and hematology daycentre. Prior to this role, Tim was an oncology nurse at AZ Klina from October 2005 to October 2013. Tim Mertens holds a Master in de Gezondheidswetenschappen from the University of Antwerp.
