Alexia Van Goethem is currently employed as a Wetsdokter in opleiding at UZA since August 2019. Prior to this role, Alexia worked as a hostess for Challenge MC from 2012 until August 2019. Alexia holds a Master in Geneeskunde from the University of Antwerp (2016-2019) and a Bachelor in Geneeskunde from the same institution (2013-2016). Additionally, Alexia earned a Bachelor in Bedrijfsmanagement (Rechtspraktijk) from Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen (2017-2019) and completed a Middelbare School education in Latijn-wiskunde at Vita et Pax College Schoten (2007-2012).
