Michael D. M. Henrotte is currently serving as a Specialty Registrar in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and a Doctoral Fellow at Ghent University and Ghent University Hospital since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Unaccredited Registrar in Otolaryngology at GZA Ziekenhuizen and in Neurology and Anaesthesiology at Ghent University Hospital. Michael has also contributed to medical education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Human Physiology and Anatomy, and as a workshop tutor for the Belgian Medical Students' Association. Michael's educational background includes pursuing a Master of Surgery (ChM) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Ghent University, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Diving Medicine at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additional qualifications include completion of a Primary Medical Qualification and postgraduate courses in Electrocardiography and Medical French.
