Michelle Castañeda is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Jury Member for the UX Design Awards and holds the position of Principal Service Designer and Design Researcher at Deutsche Telekom, where responsibilities include leading design efforts for the AI Competence Center. Former roles include UX Research Professor at Istituto Europeo di Design and Senior Service Designer at Fjord, where leadership involved international design research and strategic projects. Additional experience spans positions at Experientia, Idea Couture, LEGO Group, University of Southern Denmark, and PepsiCo, focusing on user-centered design, innovation strategies, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Product Design from Syddansk Universitet and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Product Design from Elisava School of Design and Engineering and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
