Arwind Pherai is an accomplished IT manager and founder with extensive experience in leading DevOps and Agile transformations. Currently serving as an IT Manager (a.i) at UWV and as the founder of TeqStars since June 2023, Arwind previously held the position of IT Manager (a.i) at PGGM, overseeing four DevOps teams. Prior roles include Manager ICT at Sanquin, where Arwind was responsible for nine DevOps teams and significantly improved team predictability, and Team Manager IT at De Goudse, leading teams through Agile transformations. With a strong foundation in strategic development from positions at ARAG and Spil Games, as well as early career experience at a.s.r. and the University of Amsterdam, Arwind Pherai holds a Master of Science in Information Studies and a BBA in Economics/IT.
