Debbie-Ann Gordon-Smith is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in the field of chemistry. Currently serving as a Lecturer at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus since January 2015, Debbie-Ann has held various positions in academia, including Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica from September 2006 to December 2014, and Director at the Centre for Science-based Research, Entrepreneurship and Continuing Studies, UTech from August 2009 to August 2014. Previously, Debbie-Ann worked as an Instructor at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus from August 2005 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pure and Applied Chemistry obtained between 1990 and 1994.
