Clive Landis currently serves as PVC Board for Undergraduate Studies at The University of the West Indies since August 2019. Previously, Clive held the position of Deputy Principal and Chair of Cardiovascular Research at the same institution from January 2004 to August 2019. Clive has notable contributions as the past Director of the Chronic Disease Research Centre, founder of the Edmund Cohen Laboratory for Vascular Research, and founder and Chairman of the Caribbean Cytometry & Analytical Society. Clive also served as Honorary Director of the LRU Laboratory at the Ministry of Health and as past Chair of the National HIV/AIDS Commission Research Committee. Clive earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology and a Master of Science in Microbiology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
