Becky Vianden currently serves as the Director of the Academic Advising Center and Career Services at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a position held since August 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 21 professional staff, managing a budget of approximately $1 million, and leading initiatives in academic advising and career development. Previous roles include serving as the Academic Services Director at the College of Business Administration, where Becky coordinated faculty advising and oversaw academic appeals, and as the Associate Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Arkansas, managing a Professional Development Institute with over 2,000 students. Additional experience includes positions at eCampusRecruiter, Indiana University, and Lone Tree Community Schools, complemented by an M.Ed in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Iowa State University and a BA in English from Luther College.
