Kelsie Doty is a Board Member at UW Health. Kelsie has held this position since January 2000. Prior to that, they were the Director at UW Health from January 1990 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for budget and financial reporting as well as advancing to Director of Finance/Controller. Kelsie also worked as a Fiscal Analyst at the State of Wisconsin - Legislative Fiscal Bureau from January 1990 to December 2000, where they provided fiscal and program analysis on a non-partisan basis to the Wisconsin Legislature, its committees, and individual legislators.

Kelsie Doty holds a Master of Business Administration from Edgewood College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
