Dina Thao has a diverse background in talent acquisition and customer service, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant I at UW Credit Union since April 2019, after progressing through roles as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Intern, and Teller. Prior experience includes working as an Agent Assistant at American Family Insurance and serving as a Teacher at Rock-a-Bye Child Care Learning Center for over five years. Dina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Madison Area Technical College.
