Rachael Clark is a skilled professional with diverse experience in business support and management. Currently serving as a Business Support Officer at Uttlesford District Council since January 2023, Rachael previously owned and managed Minnies Bakery and MINNIES TEAROOM LIMITED from 2017 to 2023. Earlier roles include Client Services Manager and Account Manager at Touch Creative Design Ltd and Sohnar, respectively, as well as a Graphic Designer at Danilo Promotions Ltd from 2007 to 2010.
