Sarwesh Ishwardat is a PhD candidate at Utrecht University, focusing on stimulating ethical and compliance behaviors in the financial sector in collaboration with the Dutch Authority of Financial Markets. Since October 2021, Sarwesh also serves as a Junior Supervisory Officer within the Behaviour & Culture team at the AFM.
