Sarwesh Ishwardat is a PhD candidate at Utrecht University, focusing on stimulating ethical and compliance behaviors in the financial sector in collaboration with the Dutch Authority of Financial Markets. Since October 2021, Sarwesh also serves as a Junior Supervisory Officer within the Behaviour & Culture team at the AFM. Previous roles include being a Student Information Officer at Universiteit Leiden, where guidance was provided to prospective master students, and conducting research as a Research Assistant at the Self-Regulation Lab at Universiteit Utrecht. Sarwesh's academic background includes a Master of Science in Economic & Consumer Psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utrecht University. Experience in consulting and research roles, coupled with involvement in initiatives for first-generation students and work as a sales associate, further enhances Sarwesh's diverse skill set.
