Rashmi started their career in 2013 as a Research Coordinator at Hindustan Unilever Research Centre, where they were responsible for screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting research, and managing databases. Rashmi then moved on to CommonFloor.com in 2013 as an HR professional, where they handled tasks such as rolling out offers to candidates, coordinating with recruiters, onboarding new employees, and initiating background verification. In 2015, they joined Roadrunnr as a Senior Executive - People, a role in which they worked until 2017. Finally, they joined Utopia Global, Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Specialist - HR.
