Stefano Mosconi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, product management, and digital services. Currently, Stefano serves as Partner & Founder at Black Belt Consulting, overseeing a range of digital services and leading a team of experts. As the interim VP of Product at LeadDesk, a global CCaaS provider, Stefano drives product management initiatives. Additionally, Stefano has been actively involved with Britemind as a Presentation and Communication Coach, and serves in multiple strategic roles including Venture Builder Strategy at 52nd Ventures and Chief Energy Officer at Nordic Leadership Network. Their previous positions include VP of Engineering at Utopia Music, Digital Technology Transformation Director and VP at Elisa, and various advisory and mentoring roles in the startup ecosystem and education. Stefano holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and has additional educational experience at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
