Alan Alexander is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and application support. Currently serving as the Software Development Application Support Team Lead at Utmost Group since September 2020, Alexander oversees the Application Production Support team, acting as the primary contact for system issues and reporting requirements. Previously, Alexander spent nearly five years at Utmost PanEurope, progressing from an Application Support Analyst to a Senior Application Support Specialist, providing technical support and resolving complex data and system issues. Alexander's career began as an Analyst/Programmer at TMF Custom House Global Fund Services, focusing on in-house software maintenance and development, and includes early experience as IT Helpdesk Support at Allianz Insurance. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
