Virag Jain has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Zonal Head for UP & Uttarakhand at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since June 2017, with previous roles including Head of Cross Sell Business and Head of HR & Training. Prior to Utkarsh, Virag founded Redwood Consulting, specializing in HR consultancy and training for banking and microfinance from November 2015 to May 2017. Earlier career highlights include positions as Regional Head at Reliance Mutual Fund and ICICI Bank, as well as Regional Sales Head at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Virag Jain holds a PGDBA with a focus on CFA, management, and finance from Icfai Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, economics, and statistics from St. John's College, Agra.
