Matthew Saverin is an experienced investor currently working at UTIMCO as an Investor in Real Assets since June 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Investor (Generalist) at Bayshore Global Management from July 2016 to June 2020, and was involved in Global Investment Research & Securities at Goldman Sachs from June 2013 to July 2016. Matthew co-founded The Book Project LLC, a profitable business for buying and selling textbooks, from August 2010 to May 2013. Earlier internships include Private Wealth Management at UBS, Trading at Buttonwood Group Trading LLC, and a real estate and energy investment internship at CASTLE HILL HOLDINGS LIMITED, where successful financing and development of a $25 million apartment complex occurred. Matthew also interned at Venture Snowboards, assisting in manufacturing and marketing. Matthew holds an MBA and an Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a BSBA in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder.
