Mike Koester has a diverse work history, starting in 2001 as a Focus Factory Manager at HUSCO International. Mike then worked at Pentair in various roles, including Distribution Business Unit Manager and Distribution & Supply Manager. In 2008, they joined AxleTech International as a Senior Materials Manager, where they later became a Senior Product Manager for Low Speed/Commercial Products. In 2014, they moved to Generac Power Systems as a Senior Materials Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Meritor as the Director of Operations for Chicago and Oshkosh. Currently, they are the Vice President & General Manager at Utility Sales and Service Inc. with previous experience as the Vice President of Operations in the same company. Mike has demonstrated success in various areas such as supply chain management, operations, and strategic product development. Throughout their career, they have contributed to revenue growth, cost reduction, and the improvement of operations.

Mike Koester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in the years 1985 to 1989. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
