Omer Eldan is an R&D Team Lead at Utila since June 2022, focusing on developing innovative products with a team of experts. Previously, Omer was a Core Team Member at SCOLA from February 2022 to July 2022, engaging in entrepreneurship education for alumni of the Israeli Intelligence Force. From May 2020 to July 2022, Omer served as Full Stack Team Lead at Paragon, overseeing the customer-facing platform's development and managing interdepartmental collaboration. Prior to that, Omer held roles as Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer at Paragon and Israeli Military Intelligence, where responsibilities included creating core features and leading teams. Omer earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel between 2015 and 2020.
