Prior to retiring as Vice President of Cohber Press, Mr. Bachman was President and co-owner of Rochester Empire Graphics.

Mr. Bachman has served on the Printing Industries of America (PIA) Board of Directors and Chairmanā€™s Roundtable. He has also served on the Insurance Committee, Finance Committee, and as Chairman of the Education Committee for the Printing Industries of America (PIA). He is the recipient of the Lewis Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award from the PIA and is a member of the Ben Franklin Society for the Printing Industries of America.

In his community, Mr. Bachman has served on the Advisory Board for the Rochester Institute of Technology School of Printing Management. He served on the Board of Directors of the Mary Cariola Childrenā€™s Center in Rochester, New York, for 15 years and 10 years on the Planning Board for the Town of Penfield, in Penfield, New York. In addition, he was past President of Penfield Little League in Penfield, New York, serving 29 years on the Board of Directors.
