Janae F. has accumulated extensive experience in technology support and administration, currently serving as a Junior System Administrator and previously in a Help Desk Tier I role at Utah Jazz since May 2019. Prior to this, Janae worked at Brigham Young University - Idaho from December 2017 to April 2019, providing technology support and serving as a Teaching Assistant for an Introduction to Robotics course. Additional experience includes working as a Library Aide at the David O. McKay Library from September 2015 to April 2018, a Driver Guide for Alaska Coach Tours between April and August 2017, and as a Sensory/Motor Coach at Brain Balance Achievement Centers for several months in 2015. Janae holds a degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned in 2019.
