Cari Southwick is currently the Director of Risk Management and Training for both the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth, roles they began in 2024. Prior to these positions, Cari served as the Risk Manager for Weber County from 2018 to 2024 and held various management roles at The Home Depot, including Operations Manager, Specialty Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they were the Store Manager at Tractor Supply Company from 2014 to 2016 and worked as an Event Coordinator at the Golden Spike Event Center from 2016 to 2017.
