Shane Stowell, PsyD, is a seasoned clinical psychologist and business leader with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership consulting. Currently, Shane serves as Co-Founder and COO of Stowell Leadership Group, LLC, and holds advisory and board positions with organizations including KnowMe and Utah Symphony | Utah Opera. Notable previous roles include Chief People Officer at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where Shane achieved significant improvements in HR metrics and organizational design, and Partner at RHR International, providing strategic counsel to senior executives. Shane's educational background includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a master's degree from Loma Linda University, as well as a bachelor's degree from Utah State University.
