Austin Bankhead

Austin Bankhead has over a decade of experience in sales operations and marketing. Austin is currently a Trustee at Utah Symphony & Utah Opera, and they previously served as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Snap Finance and the Head of Special Operations at Qualtrics. At Adobe, they were the Senior Director of Industry Marketing and the Director of Adobe Digital Index.

Bankhead is a results-driven leader who has a proven track record of success in establishing and growing sales operations functions. Austin has spearheaded multiple changes that have positioned financial services sales organizations for rapid and sustainable growth. Some of their key accomplishments include migrating a 90-person sales and CS organization from 1099 contractors to W-2 employees, replacing an annuity-based comp plan with a sustainable model with targets tied to value creation, creating territories and rules of engagement for enterprise carve-outs and hiring more than 70 SMB reps, revamping new hire training to accelerate ramp-up, launching motivating SKO and President's Club, developing a new sales and onboarding process with supporting process and reporting changes, reducing field rep time spent on field administrative tasks by more than 60%, and recruiting experienced leaders over sales enablement, CRM, compensation, and process.

In 2018, Bankhead resigned from Qualtrics to found Unicorn Revenue Ops.

Austin Bankhead has a MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
