Brad Smith has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Brad started in 1977 as a Package Designer/Artist for CPS and then moved on to CPS/American Label in 1979, where they worked in sales and label graphics design. From 1980 to 1986, they worked in flexible packaging sales for CPS-Milprint, Deluxe Pkg, and Delta Pkg. In 1986, they founded Bradley Freelance Packaging Design and worked as a Packaging Designer/Owner until 1992. In the same year, they joined Wasatch Container as a Member of the Board of Directors, and they served in this role until 2014. Brad also served as the Director of Business Development for Utah Paperbox since 1986. Additionally, Brad Smith has been an active member of various boards, such as the Western Candy Conference and the Boy Scouts of America - Great Salt Lake Council, where they held positions on the Board of Directors, including the role of District Chairman.
Brad Smith attended Salt Lake Community College from 1978 to 1989, where they studied Graphic Design.
