Vicki Novom, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Front Desk Admin/EDI Facilitator at Utah Food Bank since October 2021. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Public Consulting Group, providing HR support to 900 employees across various divisions, and Area Human Resources Generalist at Waste Management. Vicki has also held key HR leadership positions at Windermere Real Estate Southern California, Quebecor World, Mercy Home, and United Cerebral Palsy. Educational qualifications include an MS in Education from City University of New York-Queens College, a BS in Management & Communications from Adelphi University, and certification as a Tour Director from the International Tour Management Institute.
