Ricki Hasou has extensive experience in managed care operations and training, currently serving as the Manager of Managed Care Training/Operations at UT Physicians since April 2016. In this role, Ricki oversees training related to managed care across various departments, including the Patient Access Center and Revenue Cycle, focusing on payment approval and collections for diverse insurance plans. Previously, Ricki worked as a Senior Managed Care Analyst at MD Anderson Cancer Center, managing care education and operations from October 2007 to April 2016. Early career experience includes roles at UnitedHealthcare as an E-Solutions Sales & Marketing representative and Network Account Manager, where Ricki facilitated provider relations and marketed electronic solutions across multiple states. Ricki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Texas A&M University.
