Victor Saenz has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as a Financial Manager at UTHSCSA since September 1999. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Accountant I at The University of Texas at San Antonio from October 1998 to August 1999. Victor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of the Incarnate Word, studying there from 1988 to 1990.
