Mfonobong Okubadejo, MD, MS has a diverse work experience, with roles in the medical field, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Currently, they hold several positions at UT Health San Antonio, including Director of Global Health in the Department of Anesthesiology, Assistant Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine, and Assistant Program Director of Medical Student Education. They also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the non-profit organization GLOBAL IMAGE FOUNDATION, INC., focusing on healthcare and education internationally. Prior to that, they completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at UC Davis Health and worked as an Anesthesiology Resident Physician at UC Irvine Health. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University. Finally, from 2011 to 2016, they attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where they earned a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree with a focus on Medicine.
