Julie Wingate, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Information Systems at UT Health San Antonio since October 2022. Previously, Julie held the position of Director of Clinical Applications Inpatient at Froedtert Health, overseeing multiple Epic application teams and significant projects such as Epic Refuel and hospital implementations. With a strong background in project management and clinical operations, Julie has also contributed as an Epic Project Manager Consultant at HSHS Eastern Wisconsin Division, Clinical Practice Director at 314e Corporation, and Nurse Manager at UW Health, where leadership and operational excellence were key focuses. Educationally, Julie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
