Fabian Rodas currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UT Health San Antonio and a Clinical Associate Professor at Texas A&M University, both since December 2017. Rodas also holds the position of Director of Transplant Services at The Texas Liver Institute, focusing on hepatology and academic and clinical trials related to NASH and PBC. Prior experience includes a year-long Hepatology Fellowship at Carolinas HealthCare System, where qualifications for liver transplant physician status were pursued. Additional roles include providing internal medicine care at Central Florida Inpatient Medicine and MedPartners. Rodas completed an Internal Medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Estatal De Cuenca.
