Grace Carney is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in investment and consulting. Currently serving as an Investor at Union Square Ventures since January 2023, Grace previously held the role of Climate Extern at Silver Lake from January 2022 to January 2023. Grace's experience at Bain & Company spanned nearly three years, where roles included Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. Additionally, Grace gained early experience as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and as a Research Assistant at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. An initial foray into investment was made at the Children's Investment Fund Foundation as a Summer Investment Analyst. Grace holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University, where education was completed from 2015 to 2019, and graduated from Godolphin and Latymer School in 2014.
