Jesse Ruiz, MBA, serves as the Officiating Growth Manager for the Texas Section at the USTA National Campus since May 2022, focusing on diversity and inclusion within the officiating community. With significant experience as a consultant at Guidepoint Global since August 2008, Jesse delivers innovative solutions to retail industry leaders. Previous roles include Retail Store Manager at Charter Communications and T-Mobile, where Jesse enhanced sales performance and customer satisfaction. Jesse also held management positions at Sprint, HEB, and JCPenney, contributing to operational efficiency and significant sales achievements. Jesse holds a BBA and MBA in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
