Douglas Castek is an experienced professional in supply chain management and consulting, currently serving as the Director of the Global Supply Chain Practice at UST since January 2022, focusing on operational efficiency and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Executive Consultant-President at DMC Consulting from January 2001 to January 2022, providing expert consultations in supply chain operations. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Executive at Transplace, Senior Vice President at Xeeva, and Director of Customer Engagement at SAP Ariba. Douglas also served as Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain at Churchill Downs Incorporated from 2007 to 2009, where procurement best practices were successfully implemented. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management/Engineering from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
